Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar to rim glass
  • 2 Lemon Wedges
  • 1 1/2 ounces Citron Vodka
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup store bought or homemade
  • 1/4 ounce Cointreau

Instructions

  • Place sugar on a plate. Spread out to make a thin layer.
  • Rub the rim of a chilled Coupe, Martini, Rocks, Nick & Nora or other cocktail glass with 1 lemon wedge.
  • Invert the glass onto the sugar. Press slightly to coat the rim.
  • To an ice-filled shaker, add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and Cointreau. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into prepared glass
  • Garnish with second lemon wedge.
  • Serve immediately.
