Hardee's Mushroom and Swiss Burger Recipe
Ingredients
- One 10 1/2-ounce can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- One 4 1/2-ounce can Green Giant Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- Four 1/4-pound Hamburger Patties uncooked
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
- 4 large Hamburger Buns
Instructions
- In a small sauce pan, mix mushroom soup, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Place on low heat and let simmer.
- Mix Accent, Lawry's and black pepper together. Place in a small bowl or put in a shaker.
- Season the patties with Accent mixture.
- Fry or grill to desired doneness. (Note, Do not press down on the patties - you must resist this impulse.)
- Place a patty onto a bottom bun.
- Cover with Swiss cheese.
- Spoon a generous amount of warm mushroom sauce over all.
- Top with top bun.
- Enjoy.

This is the same recipe all over the internet. It does not taste or look like the Hardees mushroom sauce. Back to the drawing board….still looking for the sauce.
