    The chicken pieces came out great. The fish not so much. The batter didn’t stick as well.

    Long John Silver’s batter has more spices that I will not name. Chips are fries and the battter drippings are called krums..
    All fish and chicken is dusted in cornstarch before batter. Worked for ljs for 31yrs..

    Isn’t corn flour actually corn starch? Do you mean corn meal?

      American’s call it corn starch… the rest of the world corn flour.
