Genghis Grill Dragon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/8 cup White Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Chili Sauce to taste and heat preference
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Crushed Red Chili Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Into a large mixing bowl, add
- Pour the rice vinegar, white vinegar and chili sauce (Add any amount of chili sauce you desire - depending on how hot you want the final sauce to be. You might start with our suggested 2 tablespoons - You can add more later.) Stir to blend well.
- Add sugar, minced garlic, crushed red chili peppers, onion powder and garlic powder to the bowl. Whisk all the ingredients for 5 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves into the vinegar.
- Taste. Add more chili sauce, if desired. Add salt and pepper, to taste, only if needed and desired.
- Store, covered, in the refrigerator, for at least 30 minutes, to allow the flavors to meld, or until ready to in your recipe.
