Ingredients
- 1 pound Carrots diced
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place carrots, water and oil in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2 minutes
- Add butter and sugar. Increase heat to medium high. Sauté for 6 minutes or until tender.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste.
