Trader Vic's Queen's Park Swizzle Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Light Rum
- 1 ounce Dark Rum
- 1 ounce 151 Proof Rum
- 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice 1 squeezed lime half reserved, to garnish
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- Dash Angostura bitters
- 1 sprig Mint for garnish
Instructions
- To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except mint and squeezed lime half. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a crushed ice-filled Highball, Rocks, Tiki or other glass.
- Garnish with squeezed lime half and mint sprig.
- Serve.
