Tommy Bahama Gingerly Speaking Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Rum
- 1/2 ounce Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur or other Ginger Liqueur of choice
- 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 3/4 ounce Egg Whites pasteurized (Omit if desired. Egg white bring a rich mouth feel to the drink, but add little, if any, flavor.)
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Cherry Bitters
- Cocktail Cherries to garnish
Instructions
- To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except the cherry bitters and cherries. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled Coupe, Martini or other glass.
- Add a dash of cherry bitters
- Garnish with 3 cherries.
- Serve.
