Quaker Steak & Lube Golden Garlic Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 family pack Chicken Wings
Breading
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
To Serve
- Ranch Dressing
- Quaker Steak & Lube Golden Garlic Wing Sauce, store bought or homemade (Recipe below)
Instructions
- Prepare Quaker Steak & Lube Golden Garlic Sauce according to recipe below, if making at home. Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
- In a small bowl, add flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix well.
- Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl.
- Sprinkle flour mixture over wings. Toss until they are evenly coated.
- Cover. Place in refrigerator and chill for 60 to 90 minutes.
- Pour oil into a large deep fryer or Dutch oven. Oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep.
- Heat oil to 375°F.
- Place wings, a few at a time, if necessary, into the hot oil. Do not crowd.
- Fry wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Make sure internal temperature of wings is at least 165°F on an instant read thermometer.
- Remove from oil and place on a paper towel-covered plate to drain.
- Repeat with remain wings, if needed.
- Place wings in a large mixing bowl. Add sauce to cover and toss to make sure all wings are sauced.
- Place wings in serving bowl or plate. Serve hot with ranch dressing or other dipping sauces.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Mix well.
- This can be done in advance. Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use. Note - You may need to warm sauce before using.
