- Note 1 – Before adding the simple syrup, taste the cocktail. The amount of sweetener needed to balance the drink will depend on the sweetness of your orange juice, the sourness of your lemon juice and your personal preference.

Make our Moxy Hotel, Minnapolis Flash on Fleek Cocktail Recipe at home. This Signature Restaurant Cocktail is simple to make and nicely balanced.
Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Botanist Gin
- Juice from 2 Lemon Wedges (about 1 ounce Juice), reserve wedges, for garish
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed Orange Juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup to taste
Instructions
- To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except lemon skins. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled Rocks or other glass.
- Garnish with spent lemon wedges, tossed into glass.
- Serve.
