P.F. Chang's Coconut Mojito Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 - 6 Mint Leaves
- 1 1/2 ounces Malibu Coconut Rum or other Coconut Rum of choice
- 2 ounces Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- Soda Water to top
- Mint Sprig to garnish
Instructions
- Place mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Add coconut rum. Muddle mint leaves.
- Add a handful of ice and all other ingredients, except soda water and mint sprig. Shake until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a tall ice-filled glass.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
- Serve cold.
