Hops Restaurant & Brewery was a casual dining chain that gained popularity in the late 1990s and early 2000s for its craft beer and American fare. Despite initial success, the chain struggled with financial difficulties in the early 2000s. Competition from the growing craft beer movement and larger chains contributed to its decline. Hops began closing locations gradually, and by the 2010s, most of its restaurants had shuttered.

Hops Restaurant & Brewery Honey Butter Croissants Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 large frozen Croissants or 12 Mini Croissants
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 tablespoons Confectioners Sugar
Instructions
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place frozen croissants on sheet. Bake according to instructions on bag/box.
- Add unsalted butter to a microwave-safe dish.
- Melt in microwave on low.
- While better is still hot, add honey. Whisk to combine.
- Add confectioners sugar. Whisk until fully incorporated.
- Pour Honey Butter all over fresh hot from the oven croissants and serve warm.
