Bob Evans Coconut Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 ounces Vanilla Pudding
- 2 1/2 ounces Cool Whip
- 2 1/4 cups Milk
- 3/4 cup Shredded Coconut
- Baked Pie Shell
- 1/4 cup Toasted Shredded Coconut
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add pudding, Cool Whip, Milk and shredded coconut. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into baked pie shell.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
- Place in refrigerator to chill.
- Cut into slices and serve cold.
