IHOP Blueberry Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Bisquick Mix
- 1 Egg
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- Blueberry Pie Filling Maple Syrup or Powdered Sugar, to serve, if desired
- Sliced fresh Strawberries and additional fresh Blueberries to serve, if desired
Instructions
- In medium bowl, add Bisquick mix, egg, milk and oil. Mix with fork or whisk until blended.
- Gently fold in 1 cup fresh blueberries.
- Grease griddle or skillet with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray, if necessary.
- Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Pour more pancakes if space permits. Cook until edges are dry and bubbles form on top. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.
- Remove from griddle or skillet to a plate and keep warm.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
- Serve pancakes with blueberry pie filling, syrup or powdered sugar. Top with strawberries and additional blueberries.
