The Capital Grille Stoli Doli Cocktail Recipe Notes
- Note 1 – This recipe requires up to 12 days to infuse the Vodka.
The Capital Grille Stoli Doli Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 whole Pineapple Many stores carry skinned and cored pineapples in the cut fruit area
- 1 bottle Stolinachya or other Vodka of choice
Instructions
- Slice and remove the skin of the pineapple. Discard skin.
- Slice pineapple.
- Place slices in a large sealable airtight jug.
- Add entire bottle of vodka.
- Place in refrigerator and wait 12 days. Taste everyday or so - to see how it's coming along. It maybe ready to your liking before the 12 days are up.
To Serve
- To an ice-filled shaker, add 2 ounces per cocktail of prepared vodka. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled Martini, Coupe, Nick & Nora or other glass.
- Serve straight up, ungarnished and ice cold.
