Make our Cheesecake Factory Kale Salad Recipe at home and your Kale Salad will taste just like Cheesecake Factory's.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Fresh Kale cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 Granny Smith Apple cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 cup slivered or chopped Almonds
- 1/2 cup cooked Green Beans cut into 1-inch pieces
- Black Pepper Dressing (Recipe Below)
Instructions
- Prepare Cheesecake Factory Black Pepper Dressing according to recipe below.
- Place as much fresh kale as you like into a salad bowl.
- Scatter apple pieces, cranberries, almonds and green beans over kale.
- Pour Cheesecake Factory Black Pepper Dressing over salad or serve along side.
- Serve cold.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a medium bowl. Whisk until well combined.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve. Shake well before using.
