Romano's Macaroni Grill Tiramisu Recipe
Ingredients
- Two 3-ounce packages Soft Ladyfingers split, divided
- 1/2 cup freshly brewed strong Coffee
- 1/4 cup Sugar divided
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla divided
- One 15-ounce container Ricotta Cheese
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 2 teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Arrange 1/2 of the ladyfingers on bottom of a large baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix coffee, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Brush 1/2 of mixture over ladyfingers in dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat ricotta cheese, remaining sugar and remaining vanilla with mixer until well-blended.
- Fold in Cool Whip until well mixed.
- Spoon 1/2 of the ricotta mixture over ladyfingers in dish.
- Cover with remaining ladyfingers.
- Brush with remaining coffee mixture.
- Top with remaining ricotta cheese mixture.
- Sift cocoa over top of dessert.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight until well chilled.
