Bonefish Grill Kiwi Smash Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 of a whole Kiwi chopped into small cubes
- 2 leaves Mint
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 ounces Los Altos Olmeca Silver Tequila
- 3/4 ounces Pure Cane Monin Syrup
- Slice Kiwi to garnish
- Mint Sprig to garnish
Instructions
- Add kiwi cubes, mint leaves, lemon juice, tequila and cane syrup to a shaker. Muddle until well combined.
- Fill with ice. Shake until well-chilled.
- Double strain into an ice-filled rocks, double rocks, highball or other glass.
- Garnish with kiwi slice and mint sprig.
- Serve.
