Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a whole Kiwi chopped into small cubes
  • 2 leaves Mint
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 ounces Los Altos Olmeca Silver Tequila
  • 3/4 ounces Pure Cane Monin Syrup
  • Slice Kiwi to garnish
  • Mint Sprig to garnish

Instructions

  • Add kiwi cubes, mint leaves, lemon juice, tequila and cane syrup to a shaker. Muddle until well combined.
  • Fill with ice. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Double strain into an ice-filled rocks, double rocks, highball or other glass.
  • Garnish with kiwi slice and mint sprig.
  • Serve.
