Bertucci’s Tuscan-Style Chicken Wings – A Bold and Herby Favorite
Bertucci’s Tuscan Chicken Wings are a deliciously bold and flavorful appetizer, perfect for grilling season or as a crowd-pleasing snack at any gathering. Inspired by the fresh, herb-forward flavors of Tuscany, these wings are marinated in a fragrant mixture of lemon, rosemary, garlic, and oregano, then grilled to crispy perfection. The result is a perfectly balanced dish that’s tangy, savory, and just a little spicy—ideal for those who love bold flavors.
The marinade is key to the unique flavor of these wings. Fresh lemon juice provides a tangy base, while the olive oil offers richness and smoothness. The garlic and rosemary infuse the chicken with savory and aromatic notes, and the addition of dried oregano brings a Mediterranean warmth to the dish. For an extra kick, adding hot sauce to the marinade gives the wings just the right amount of heat, making them the perfect combination of zesty, herby, and spicy.
Grilled to a golden crisp on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside, these wings are sure to impress. Serve them as an appetizer or as part of a larger meal, paired with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables for a complete Tuscan-inspired feast. Whether you’re cooking for a casual family dinner or hosting a backyard barbecue, **Tuscan Chicken Wings*will transport your taste buds to the heart of Italy.
