Claim Jumper Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe Notes
- Note 1 – Rotisserie Chicken is a good choice for this recipe. It is a delicious way to use leftovers, if you have any.
- Note 2 – Although Claim Jumper tops this soup with tortilla strips and cheese, you can dress up your bowl any way you like (this is one of the best things about making restaurant recipes at home!) Some good choices are diced avocado, cilantro, sour cream and sliced jalapeños.
