Papa John’s Pizza
As a high school student working at a local pizza pub in Jeffersonville, Indiana, Papa John’s founder, John Schnatter, realized that there was something missing from national pizza chains: a superior-quality traditional pizza delivered to the customer’s door.
John’s dream was to one day open a pizza restaurant that would fill that void.
Today, there are more than 3,000 Papa John’s restaurants worldwide.
Papa John and Colonel Sanders are the only two Kentuckians to by inducted into Junior Achievement U.S. Business Hall of Fame.

Margarine in the ingredients and butter in the directions! Which one to use?
February 23, 2016 @ 5:30 pm
We’re from the South. We ALWAYS put butter — in EVERYTHING. The recipe called for margarine. When Mark was typing it out he obviously let his heritage take over. I would say you can use which ever one you like (and we have changed the recipe to reflect this) – But, of course, we’ll always use butter. 😉 Thanks for the heads up. James

Use margine. Papa John’s ingredients list has soybean oil as one of the main ingredients. That’s in margarine, not butter.

Butter is always healthier. Don’t take my word look it up. Butter always tastes better anyway.
