Sizzler Steakhouse Spinach Cranberry Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 quarts Baby Spinach
- 1/3 cup Poppy Seed Vinaigrette (Recipe below)
- 1/2 cup Almonds toasted
- 1 cup dried Cranberries
Instructions
- Prepare Sizzler Steakhouse Poppyseed Vinaigrette according to recipe below.
- Add spinach to a large serving bowl. Sprinkle on vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
- Top with almonds and cranberries.
- Serve cold.
Sizzler Steakhouse Poppyseed Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Onion diced
- Dash Paprika
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds toasted
- 2 tablespoons Poppy Seeds
Instructions
- In a mixer, place white wine vinegar, cider vinegar, sugar, onion and paprika.
- Blend on medium speed.
- Very slowly add in oil until completely incorporated (do not over-mix).
- Pour mixture into a mixing bowl.
- Add poppy seeds and sesame seeds. Whisk to combine.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve. Shake well before each use.
