Benihana Rocky’s Choice – Steak and Chicken from 2004 is a Straight-From-the-Restaurant Recipe.
Each recipe makes one serving. Multiply as needed.
Benihana Rocky's Choice Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 ounces boneless Sirloin Steak
- 2 Mushrooms sliced into 8 pieces
- 1 teaspoon Soybean Oil
- 1/2 clove Garlic chopped
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add oil to non-stick skillet.
- Place skillet on medium heat and allow oil to get hot before adding steak.
- Carefully add steak, mushroom slices and garlic.
- Cook to desired doneness.
- Remove all from heat and serve hot with Benihana Magic Mustard Sauce. (See notes below for a link to the recipe for Benihana Magic Mustard Sauce.)

Benihana Rocky's Choice Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 ounces boneless Chicken cubed
- 1 Mushroom sliced into 4 pieces
- 3 dashes Cooking Wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Soybean Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 sliced Lemon
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Coat one side of a square foot of a aluminum foil with oil.
- Combine ingredients in foil and wrap loosely.
- Cook in heated non-stick skillet 4 - 5 minutes until foil expands.
- Serve with Benihana Ginger and/or Cream Sauce. (See notes below for links to the recipe for Benihana Ginger Sauce and Cream Sauce.)
