- 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons cold Butter
Toppings
- Powdered Sugar
- Real Maple Syrup

Instructions
Streusel Topping
- In medium bowl, add brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Cut in butter using pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
Pancake Batter
- In large bowl, add all pancake ingredients. Whisk until well-blended.
Pancakes
- Lightly brush a 12-inch skillet or griddle with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Place skillet over medium high heat or heat griddle to 350°F.
- For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
- Sprinkle each pancake evenly with scant 2 tablespoons streusel mixture.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly on top and dry around edges. Turn over. Cook other side until light golden brown around edges, about 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
- Remove to a plate, flipping so streusel side is up.
