Rock Bottom Brewery Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze Recipe
Just make up a batch anytime before you want to cook your burgers and you will be set.

Ingredients
4Fresh Hamburger Pattiesstore bought or homemade
4Fresh Hamburger Buns
Rock Bottom Brewery Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze (See box above for a link to this Recipe)
8ouncesGorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
Fried Onion Straws, to taste (See box above for a link to our Ruby Tuesday's Onion Straws Recipe)
Instructions
Prepare your hamburger patties using your desired method.
Place patties on hot grill.
Baste Rock Bottom Brewery Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze on both sides multiple times as they cook.
When burgers have reached desired doneness, remove from the grill to a plate.
Immediately add 2 ounces Gorgonzola cheese crumbles to each burger and allow the residual heat to melt the cheese.
Place burgers on bun bottoms.
Top with fried onion straws, to taste.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings and additional Rock Bottom Brewery Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze, to dip or pour over burger, as desired.
