Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Hamburger Patties store bought or homemade
  • 4 Fresh Hamburger Buns
  • Rock Bottom Brewery Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze (See box above for a link to this Recipe)
  • 8 ounces Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
  • Fried Onion Straws, to taste (See box above for a link to our Ruby Tuesday's Onion Straws Recipe)

Instructions

  • Prepare your hamburger patties using your desired method.
  • Place patties on hot grill.
  • Baste Rock Bottom Brewery Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze on both sides multiple times as they cook.
  • When burgers have reached desired doneness, remove from the grill to a plate.
  • Immediately add 2 ounces Gorgonzola cheese crumbles to each burger and allow the residual heat to melt the cheese.
  • Place burgers on bun bottoms.
  • Top with fried onion straws, to taste.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings and additional Rock Bottom Brewery Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze, to dip or pour over burger, as desired.
