Paradise Bakery & Café Black & White Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Flour
- 1 1/4 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a cookie sheet.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well with each addition.
- Add salt and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. Mix well.
- Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until fluffy but still soft.
- Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
