P.F. Chang's Lucky Cat Martini Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Vanilla Vodka
- 1 ounce fresh-pressed Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 ounce Chambord Liqueur
Instructions
- To an ice-filled shaker, add vodka and pineapple juice. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled Martini or Coupe glass.
- Slowly pour Chambord straight into the middle of the cocktail, so that it sinks to the bottom and creates the layered cocktail-look, as in the photo above.
- Serve with a stirrer, to mix the drink (skewering a cherry or an orange peel, if you wish).
