Bravo! Italian Kitchen Grilled Salmon Salad
Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant Bravo! Italian Kitchen Grilled Salmon Salad Recipe at home. "Field greens, tomatoes, grilled asparagus, crispy pasta and balsamic vinaigrette."
Ingredients
- Two 4-ounce Salmon Filets
- 10 Asparagus Spears
- Oil as needed
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 5 ounces Field Greens
- 2 Roma Tomatoes diced, divided
- 4 ounces Balsamic Dressing store bought or homemade, of choice
- 1 ounce Crispy Potato Sticks to serve
- 4 tablespoons crumbled Feta Cheese to serve
Instructions
- Drizzle salmon and asparagus spears with oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place on grill to cook. When done, remove and keep warm.
- Place field greens in a medium mixing bowl, Add 1/2 of the tomatoes.
- Pour in balsamic dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
- Divide prepared greens onto two serving plates.
- Top each with cooked salmon and asparagus spears.
- Mound crispy potatoes on top. Sprinkle with feta cheese and the remaining tomatoes.
- Serve immediately.
