Boston Market Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 pounds Potatoes (about 12) peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 3/4 teaspoons Parsley minced
- 4 sticks Butter softened to room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place prepared potatoes in a large cooking pot. Fill pot with enough water to cover the potatoes.
- Place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil until done.
- Remove from heat and let set for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Drain potatoes.
- Add butter, olive oil and milk. Mash or whip with a mixer.
- Add salt, pepper and parsley, to taste.
