Bahama Breeze Island Vinaigrette
The Bahama Breeze Salad pictured above is Tropical Fruit and Grilled Chicken on Mixed Greens with Bahama Breeze Island Vinaigrette and is made of citrus glazed chicken, tossed with citrus vinaigrette, pineapple, red grapes, strawberries, mandarin oranges, goat cheese crumbles and honey-roasted almonds.
Bahama Breeze Island Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2/3 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 2 teaspoons minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced Shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Cilantro
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve.
