Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Orange Marmalade
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
- 1/2 cup Creole Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
- 1/4 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a kitchen blender. Purée until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, for at least two hours or until ready to serve.

I made this sauce and the coconut shrimp on a whim, and boy – this sauce is the bomb! Even though I only had blood orange marmalade on hand, it tastes so much like the restaurant version! Delicious! I cut down to 1/4 the recipe and it was perfect for 3 people. Thanks for sharing this one!
