Copycat Arby’s Peach Cobbler Rolls
Arby’s Peach Cobbler Rolls are crisp golden pastries filled with diced peaches, graham cracker and bourbon vanilla flavor, finished with warm cinnamon spice.
Cook the peach filling until thick and cool it completely before rolling. Egg roll wrappers make the easiest supermarket shortcut for creating the thin, crisp shell without making pastry from scratch.

Arby’s
Arby’s was founded in 1964 and built its identity around offering something different from the hamburger-focused fast-food chains of the era.
Roast beef became the signature, but the menu eventually expanded into chicken, gyros, deli-style sandwiches, fries, shakes and a surprisingly varied dessert lineup. Arby’s still describes itself primarily as a sandwich drive-thru brand, with more than 3,600 restaurants globally.
Desserts such as turnovers, shakes and newer pastry items fit comfortably beside that savory menu, giving the chain room to experiment without disturbing the roast beef classics that made it famous.
Peach Cobbler Gets the Egg-Roll Treatment
Peach Cobbler Rolls first appeared nationally in early 2026 as part of Arby’s Meat & 3 promotion. Arby’s describes each roll as a crispy golden pastry stuffed with diced peaches, graham cracker and bourbon vanilla filling.
The company also highlights real butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of lemon juice. The idea translates classic peach cobbler into a handheld format: soft spiced fruit inside, crisp pastry outside and graham cracker adding the baked-dessert flavor normally supplied by a cobbler crust.

- 1/3 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
Rolls
- 8 Egg Roll Wrappers or Large Spring Roll Pastry Wrappers
- 2 tablespoons Water for sealing
- Vegetable Oil for frying
Cinnamon Coating
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
Prepare the Peach Filling
- Add peaches, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to a medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches soften and release some juice.
- Stir cornstarch and water together in a small bowl.
- Pour into the peach mixture.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs.
- Transfer filling to a bowl.
- Cool completely.
Assemble the Rolls
- Place one wrapper on a work surface with one corner pointing toward you.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons cooled peach filling just below the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling.
- Fold the two side corners inward.
- Roll tightly toward the remaining corner.
- Brush the final corner lightly with water and press to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Fry the Rolls
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Pour about 2 inches vegetable oil into a heavy saucepan or Dutch oven.
- Heat oil to 350°F.
- Fry rolls in small batches for 2 to 3 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp and deep golden brown.
- Transfer to a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate.
- Let cool for about 1 minute.
- Roll or sprinkle the warm pastries lightly with cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm.
- For the easiest version: Use canned sliced peaches, drain them thoroughly and dice them. Their soft texture is particularly well suited to this filling.
- For air-frying: Brush the assembled rolls lightly with oil and air-fry at 375°F for about 7 to 9 minutes, turning once, until crisp and golden.

Questions People Ask
When did Arby’s Peach Cobbler Rolls first appear?
They first appeared nationally in early 2026 as part of Arby’s Meat & 3 launch.
What is inside the rolls?
Arby’s describes the filling as diced peaches, graham cracker and bourbon vanilla, with cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon also contributing flavor.
Does bourbon vanilla mean the rolls contain bourbon?
Not necessarily. Bourbon vanilla refers to a variety and style of vanilla flavor, so actual bourbon whiskey is not required for a home version.
Can I use canned peaches?
Yes. Well-drained canned peaches are convenient and work especially well because they are already tender.
Can I bake or air-fry the rolls?
Yes. They will not be quite as uniformly crisp as deep-fried rolls, but either method makes a useful lighter shortcut.
