• 2/3 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
• 1/3 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice
• 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

• 1 tablespoon minced Shallots
• 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Cilantro
