- 3 medium Russet or Yukon Gold Potatoes scrubed and sliced medium to thin, leaving peeling on (A mandolin does the best job)
- 1 - 2 tablespoons Canola Oil as needed
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- Onion Powder
- Dash Seasoned Salt
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Pour oil into a small bowl.
Add garlic powder. Mix well.
Brush two heavy baking sheets with about 1/2 tablespoons of oil each.
Place in preheated oven to heat for about 10 minutes.
Remove baking sheets from the oven.
Arrange potato slices on sheets in a single layer.
Place back in oven and bake until potatoes are golden on the bottom side, about 20 minutes.
Turn potatoes over and bake until they are golden brown all over, about 15 - 20 minutes more.
Transfer to paper towels to cool.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt, onion powder and seasoned salt.
Serve with Ranch Dressing and/or Zax Sauce, to dip.
