  • Five 5 - 7-ounce Salmon Fillets fresh or frozen, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Chimichurri Sauce, store bought or homemade (Recipe below) to serve

Instructions

  • Pre-heat a large skillet on medium heat.
  • Drizzle salmon filets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Cook salmon for approximately 3 - 5 minutes per side or until cooked through and flaky with a fork.
  • Drizzle with warmed chimichurri sauce.
  • Serve.
