- Five 5 - 7-ounce Salmon Fillets fresh or frozen, thawed
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Sea Salt to taste
- Chimichurri Sauce, store bought or homemade (Recipe below) to serve
Pre-heat a large skillet on medium heat.
Drizzle salmon filets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Cook salmon for approximately 3 - 5 minutes per side or until cooked through and flaky with a fork.
Drizzle with warmed chimichurri sauce.
Serve.
