New England Clam Chowder from Old Salt Restaurant, Hampton, NH
Ingredients (from the video)
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 cups Spanish Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Red Bliss Potatoes, diced
- 1 medium Potato
- 3/4 cup Celery Tops, chopped, leaves as well
- 4 1/2 teaspoons All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Clam Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch Black Pepper, to taste

Recipe looks wonderful, but all the ingredients mentioned in the video are not listed on the Ingredient list. Would love to have the Directions printed out also.

Don’t bother me if you are not going to print the recipe and the directions.
