- 1 1/4 cups Yellow Cornmeal
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 cup melted Butter
- 2 tablespoons Honey warmed slightly
