The company’s gift shops offer various decorative and functional items, usually with a Country or Old Timey theme, as well as candies, preserves, pies, cornbread mixes, coffee, syrups, pancake mixes and other Southern food items.

Cracker Barrel Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe
Make our Cracker Barrel Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe at home tonight for your family. Buttermilk Pancakes are a Breakfast Favorite at Cracker Barrel - and will be in your home also.
Yield: 3 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Buttermilk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Beat with a spoon until well combined.
- Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour batter onto a lightly oiled hot griddle.
- Cook until pancake started to brown around the edges, and flip.
- Cook second side until firm and browned.
- Remove to a serving plate and serve hot with butter and real maple syrup.
