- Olive Oil Spray
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Powdered Egg Substitute
- 1 1/2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Onion Powder
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into curly fries using a curly fry cutter, or cut potatoes into regular fries.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt.
- Put potatoes in boiling water and boil for 3 minutes.
- Rinse potatoes off in a colander with cold water. Dry potatoes with paper towels. Set aside to cool for about 5 minutes.
