Johnny Carino's Pomegranate Granita Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces Cointreau or other Orange Liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces White Rum
- 2 ounces Pomegranate Syrup
- 1 Orange slice to garnish
- 2 teaspoons White Sugar to coat rim
Instructions
- Place the ice, Cointreau, rum, and pomegranate syrup into a blender, blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle sugar onto a saucer.
- Moisten rim of a martini glass with the cut edge of the orange slice. Dip the glass into the sugar to line the rim.
- Pour granita into the glass.
- Garnish with the orange slice.
- Serve.
