Ingredients
- One 10-ounce can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- One 10-ounce can Corn Kernels drained
- 4 tablespoons diced Red Onion
- 4 tablespoons diced Red Bell Peppers
- 4 tablespoons diced Green Bell Peppers
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
- 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except salt and pepper, to a large bowl. Mix with a rubber spatula.
- Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Mix.
- Serve chilled.
