Vegan Roasted Garlic Aioli for Whole Foods Smokey TLTA Sandwich

Vegan Roasted Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare roasted garlic. Remove the blubs from the head. Place on a cutting board.
  2. Roughly chop the roasted garlic bulbs.
  3. Place chopped garlic, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Note – Whole Foods (at least the one we go to) uses Hampton Creek’s Just Mayo as their vegan mayo option and for their Smokey TLTA Sandwiches (we asked.) Other good choices include Hellmann’s Vegan Dressing and Sandwich Spread and Vegenaise.
