Z'Tejas Mexican Martini Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 ounce Tequila
- 1 1/2 ounces Cointreau Orange Liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed Orange Juice
- Splash of Sprite 7-Up or other Lemon/Lime Soda, of choice
- 1 splash Olive Juice
- Skewered Jalapeño-Stuffed Martini Olives to garnish
- Salt to rim glass
Instructions
- To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except olives and salt. Shake until very well-chilled.
- Strain into a salt-rimmed Martini glass.
- Drop in 1 - 3 olives or skewer them for garnish.
- Serve cold.
