- 4 1/2 ounces 120 grams Thai Jasmine Rice
To Cook
Place 18 ounces water in a heavy-based saucepan.
Cover with a lid and place over medium high heat. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Add rice. Simmer for 10 minutes. It is important to leave the rice undisturbed during the entire cooking and resting process.
Take the pan off the heat and set aside with the lid still on for a further 10 minutes.
