Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Tommy Bahama Rib Dry Rub (See the Recipe Box below for this Recipe)
  • 4 cups Tommy Bahama Rib Marinade (See the Recipe Box below for this Recipe)
  • 1 1/2 cups Tommy Bahama Blackberry Brandy BBQ Sauce (See "Spotlight Recipes" below for a Link to this Recipe)
  • 3 racks Baby Back Pork Ribs

Instructions

  • Prepare Tommy Bahama Rib Dry Rub according to the recipe in the Recipe Box below. Set aside.
  • Prepare Tommy Bahama Rib Marinade according to the recipe in the Recipe Box below. Set aside.
  • Prepare Tommy Bahama Blackberry Brandy BBQ Sauce according to the recipe linked to in "Spotlight Recipes" below. Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Lightly coat ribs with prepared dry rub.
  • Place baking rack in the bottom of a 6-inch deep roasting pan.
  • Add prepared marinade and arrange ribs standing in the pan, bone to bone.
  • Create airtight cover over pan with plastic wrap and aluminum foil.
  • Place in preheated oven. Bake for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
  • Remove from oven and leave covered for 30 minutes to rest.
  • Arrange ribs top side up on sheet tray.
  • Brush with prepared BBQ sauce, and place under broiler. Remove from the oven when the meat easily pulls off the bone and sauce begins to caramelize.
  • Cut full racks in half, plate and serve.
