Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Mango diced 1/4-inch
  • 1/2 tablespoons deveined deseeded, minced JalapeƱo
  • 2 tablespoons bias cut 1/4-inch Green Onions
  • 3 tablespoons diced 1/4-inch Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper coarse grind

Instructions

  • Fold all ingredients together.
  • Store in a tightly covered container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve.
