Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces New Riff Straight Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey or other Bourbon of choice
  • 1 ounce Demerara Simple Syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 1 dash Wormwood Bitters
  • 1 Lemon Peel to garnish
  • 1 Orange Peel to garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled mixing glass, add bourbon, simple syrup and all bitters . Stir until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Rocks, Old Fashioned or other glass.
  • Garnish with lemon and orange peels.
  • Serve.
