- 3 tablespoons softened Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or Garlic Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon finely grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 pounds large Shrimp peeled, deveined and tails removed (Feel free to use frozen uncooked shrimp. Thaw before cooking. Or frozen fully cooked peeled, deveined and tails removed shrimp. - 1 tablespoon dried Parsley to garnish
In a large saucepan, mix butter, garlic powder or salt, red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese.
Place saucepan over medium heat.
When mixture is hot and sizzling, stir well and add shrimp.
Cook shrimp for about 2 - 3 minutes per side until cooked through. Do not overcook.
Remove shrimp to a serving plate or shallow bowl. Pour butter mixture over shrimp.
Sprinkle with parsley.
