TGI Fridays Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 6 ounces Semi-Sweet Giradelli Chocolate Baking Bar broken into pieces

Instructions

  • Place cream, butter and sugar in a bowl. Place bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Heat and stir until smooth.
  • Add chocolate to the cream mixture. Stir over simmering water until it is melted and thoroughly combined.
  • Let cool at room temperature.
